Modern Methods of Treating Erectile Dysfunction in Young Men

Traditionally, the incidence of erectile dysfunction (ED) increases with age a man, evolutionarily protecting him from passing on old, defective genes to his offspring by limiting participation in sexual activity. Nevertheless, modern world, only 1 % contacts are carried out for purpose reproduction, rest – recreational and social purpose. In addition, there has been an increasing number cases ED young men lately. The problem treating patients (up 45 years old) requires etiological approach.
 objective: determine effectiveness non-surgical (treatment prostatitis, psychotherapy) or minimally invasive (Marmara operation, veno-occlusive surgery, PRP-therapy) treatment ED.
 Materials methods. On basis Kharkiv Regional Medical Clinical Center Urology Nephrology named after V.I. Shapoval P. Mogila Black Sea National University (Nikolaev) during 2014–2020. comprehensive examination 563 was out, which were divided into three supergroups (A, B C) according prevailing factor: 156 venoocclusive supergroup A, 353 chronic prostatitis 54 predominant psychoneurological disorders absence organic pathology - C.
 Results. surgical A subjective data 2 months almost equal groups subgroups, but 18 it significantly higher subgroups 1b 2b (65.4 83.7 %) ICEF results, objective 73.4 91.4 %, respectively. After 7 months, determined indices satisfaction intercourse IIEF scale, satisfied results treatment, prostatic complaints eradication infectious agents. Convincing obtained when assessing quality life Conclusion. Chronic is most common cause men. Three-week antibacterial demonstrates highest rates infection recovery prostatitis. Operation Marmara reduces venous hyperemia prostate, lowers IPSS score, improves function comorbid pathology. use approach allows improve patients, returning them normal life, creating alternative falloprosthetics.
